You belong here, and it’s never, ever too late to begin.

What would your life look like if you gave yourself permission to want more?

Building a life you love doesn't happen by accident. It happens through small, intentional choices made consistently — and it can start today, right where you are.

Maybe you've been living a life that looks fine from the outside but feels hollow on the inside. Maybe you've spent so many years taking care of everyone else that you've completely lost track of who you are. Maybe something happened - a relationship ended, a chapter closed, a quiet voice inside you finally said enough and now you're standing at the beginning of something new with no map and no idea where to start.

That's exactly where this space begins. Intentional Living with Kim exists for the woman who is waking up to the possibility that her life can look different and who feels that quiet pull toward something more but isn't sure where to start or where it will lead. This is a space that says that's okay. You don't have to have a plan. You don't have to know the destination. You just have to be willing to take one small step, and then another. Some of those steps will surprise you. Some will lead somewhere you never expected. All of them will move you forward.

Here you'll find tools to help you reflect on where you've been, resources to support your healing and growth, a community to connect with, and gentle encouragement to help you dream again, maybe for the first time in a very long time.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to make a dramatic leap. You just need one small step, and then another. That's how lives change. That's how women find their way back to themselves.

You belong here. And it is never, ever too late to begin.

Here's what you'll find:

The woman behind this space

For most of my adult life I lived small. I stopped trusting my own instincts, stopped believing my needs mattered, and eventually stopped recognizing the woman in the mirror.

In my late 40’s, I made the hardest decision of my life. I chose myself. And then I had to figure out who that even was.

I came into adulthood carrying wounds I didn't choose. But what I discovered in the slow, quiet work of healing was that I had more strength than I knew and more capacity for joy than I had ever allowed myself to believe. Healing wasn't dramatic. It was slow and sometimes messy. I just knew I wanted to grow. I wanted to be more. And that was enough to take the first step.

The last 8 years have been the some of the hardest , but also the most honest of my life. Therapy. Reading. Journaling. Long hikes that cleared my head when nothing else could. Slowly, page by page and step by step, I built a life I actually love.

That's how this journal was born. And why it has no dates on it - because you can begin anytime and go at your own pace.

I'm Kim — author of the Intentional Living Journal, a middle school special education teacher, certified nutrition coach, yoga instructor, and a woman who rebuilt her life one intentional step at a time. I created this space because I needed it too. And because I believe every woman deserves to know no matter your age or what stage of like you are in - It is never too late to begin again and start creating.
