Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it - one intentional step at a time.
One of the hardest parts of starting over is not knowing where to turn.
When I began my own journey of healing and rebuilding, I spent countless hours searching resources - books, podcasts, people and any other type of support that would help me make sense of what I was feeling and figure out what came next.
This page exists so you don't have to search alone.
Everything here is something I have personally read, used, or trusted on my own road back to myself. It is organized by areas of life that I encountered on my journey of starting over that helped me move forward and create an intentional life that I love. Whether you're in the thick of healing, just beginning to dream again, or somewhere in between, I hope something here meets you exactly where you are.
You don't have to figure all of this out at once. Just start with what calls to you.
Healing and Emotional Support
Healing is not a straight line. It goes up and down and backwards, but you don't have to walk it alone. These resources have supported me through some of the hardest seasons of my life. Whether you are just beginning to understand what you've been through or are further along in your journey, I hope something here meets you exactly where you are.

Books that Helped Me Heal
These are the books that found me at exactly the right moment on my healing journey. They gave me language for things I had felt but never been able to name. They made me cry, helped me understand my pain, and pointed the way to true healing and growth. All of these books reminded me that other women had walked this road and come out the other side. I hope one of them does the same for you.
